Process: 150-0mm raw coal is fed to a fully automatic three-stage intelligent CNC jigging machine for sorting. Coarse coal slurry is dehydrated and recovered by an arc-shaped screen and a high-frequency screen. The tail coal slurry water is concentrated in a thickener and then combined with a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a filter press for dehydration and recovery. The washing water is circulated in a closed circuit, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
